The function of this position is to provide Product Support our Customers and our Operations team. The role also will have responsibility for Employee Health and Safety (EH&S) across the site.

**What You Will Do**:

- Perform all coordination aspects to provide Customers with the repair and support of our fielded products.
- Operates personal computers and related equipment to maintain departmental records and data management systems.
- Performs various duties related to purchasing and inventory maintenance, functions as back up to shipping / receiving.
- Performs specialized EH&S duties requiring in-depth knowledge of company policies, procedures and departmental operations. Functions as the EH&S site focal point.
- Acts as a backup to the facilities coordinator and provides support with facilities related ad hoc tasks.

**Qualifications You Must Have**
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen.

**Qualifications We Prefer**
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel considered a strong asset
- Experience with scripting and database tools is an asset
- Able to provide a logical, general analysis of a problem or situation.
- Customer Service Orientated - provides customers with quality experiences, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
