**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Works directly with the Director and provides administrative, logistics, client and vendor management support
- Manage event logistics, such as on-site setup/strike coordination, vendor and equipment management, and transportation
- Assist Director to monitor event timelines and adjust plans as needed to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring that all costs are tracked and accounted for
- Maintain accurate records of event details, such as site maps, performance schedule, vendor invoices, freelance, and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure that all services are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting issues as they arise and managing any last-minute changes

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in event production, event planning or a related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people
- Excel under pressure and deliver high-quality work at a high volume.
- Strong aptitude to work within deadlines
- Be flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Advanced computer experience with Microsoft Office, project management and inventory management software
- Knowledge of event production processes, event logistics or project management (an asset)
- Knowledge of CAD software (an asset)
- Must hold valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
