This position is a key component to the success of MindBridge and our clients. Successful employees in this role will assist with the planning, coordination, tracking and management of large software projects through the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). In particular, the Product Release Coordinator will work with stakeholders and leaders in the Product Development organization to plan project milestones, track and report on internal progress, and look for ways to mitigate potential scheduling issues while taking ownership for all release and delivery related metrics and artifacts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with internal stakeholders and leaders in Product Development to plan delivery milestones and track delivery progress.
- Identify potential scheduling issues with input from MindBridge Product Development staff and work with stakeholders and Product Development management to mitigate.
- Coordinate and collaborate with technical experts in various areas to understand potential delivery resourcing issues or scheduling constraints impacting delivery.
- Collaborate with other cross department teams to share progress updates and overall delivery status.
- Update and maintain a high level of detail for all release related information and artifacts.
- Work to automate the extraction of project related details such as ticket status, project delivery and schedule details, automation test output, security scan outputs, and overall progress of tickets in progress.

- Strong project planning and coordination capabilities.
- Resourceful and able to solve a variety of resourcing and scheduling related issues.
- Strong willingness to learn independently.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate strong initiative, judgment, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and to work with others in a team
- Scripting/coding experience is an asset
- Experience working with various SDLC methodologies
- Experience with project management software tools is an asset.
- Vendor certifications are an asset
- Knowledge of accounting principles is an asset.
