We are currently seeking a Strategy MBA Intern for a challenging experience based Internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This is designed largely as a remote placement however can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great compliment to your academic investment.

**What You'll Do**:

- Conduct insightful market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the creation of go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, target audience identification, and competitive positioning.
- Develop strategic business plans to drive growth and market expansion.
- Assist in capital market strategies, including crafting compelling investor presentations and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning strategies with broader business objectives.

**About You**:

- Currently pursuing an MBA or EMBA with a focus on strategy, marketing, entrepreneurship or any related field degree. Could also be a recent Graduate from those university level programs.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for extracting actionable insights from market research.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English (Does not need to be your native language but the teams are English speaking so this can not be below standard levels of English).
- Proficient in effective presentation and communication of strategies.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a full-time, paid internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months (520 hours). We do have some flexibility with possible Part-time placements providing it is to accommodate for academic responsibilities or visa restrictions but the total hours required remains the same. With flexibility comes increased responsibility to this and will require a higher concentrated effort in order to be current with projects, align with your team and to extract the value this internship is engineered to award. The compensation will be $32-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
