We are seeking an MBA student to join us as a Project Coordinator Intern and help us drive our projects forward.

As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will support our Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects related to business development, human resources, and grant/government funding programs. You will help ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This role is an excellent opportunity for an MBA student to gain hands-on experience in project management and make a meaningful contribution to our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for business development projects such as market research, project launches, and partnership initiatives.
- Assist the HR team in developing and executing HR projects related to employee hiring, screening, management, and review.
- Monitor project progress and report on status updates
- Coordinate project activities with team members, and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and other deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Participate in project meetings and provide input as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing an MBA or a related degree
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Duration and Compensation**: This is a full-time, paid internship for the summer term. The compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
