We are currently seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility & ESG Intern for a challenging experience based Internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will be helping integrate and implement CSR and ESG strategies within our Global AI Localization projects. This is designed largely as a remote placement however can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and largely different from any other internship. It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great compliment to your academic investment.

**What You'll Do**:

- Identify opportunities for integrating CSR and ESG practices into our Global AI Localization projects.
- Develop and implement CSR and ESG strategies, policies, and frameworks specific to. AI localization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the adherence to ethical and responsible AI principles.
- Measure and report the impact of our CSR and ESG initiatives.
- Stay updated with international CSR and ESG standards, regulations, and best practices.

**About You**:

- Pursuing an MBA or any related Master's field degree, focusing on CSR, sustainability, or ESG.
- Possess strong interest and knowledge in CSR, ESG, and ethical AI practices.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a full-time, paid internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months (520 hours). We do have some flexibility with possible Part-time placements providing it is to accommodate for academic responsibilities or visa restrictions but the total hours required remains the same. With flexibility comes increased responsibility to this and will require a higher concentrated effort in order to be current with projects, align with your team and to extract the value this internship is engineered to award. The compensation will be $32-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
