We are currently seeking a Business Development MBA Intern for a challenging experience based Internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This is designed largely as a remote placement however can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and largely different from any other internship. It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great compliment to your academic investment.

**What You'll Do**:

- Participate in broker syndicate activities coordination, supporting documentation, and communication processes.
- Contribute to the evolution of tools, processes, and strategies aimed at business development. Carry out insightful market research and analysis to identify potential strategic partners and investment opportunities.
- Engage directly with potential investors, assisting in investor communications and presentations.
- Support the development of comprehensive business plans for our upcoming $100 million capital markets funding round.

**About You**:

- Currently pursuing an MBA or any related field degree, with a focus on business development, strategy, or entrepreneurship.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a talent for identifying market trends and evaluating business opportunities.
- Proficient in effective communication and engagement with stakeholders and potential partners.
- Self-driven and proactive, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is a full-time, paid internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months (520 hours). We do have some flexibility with possible Part-time placements providing it is to accommodate for academic responsibilities or visa restrictions but the total hours required remains the same. With flexibility comes increased responsibility to this will require a higher concentrated effort in order to be current with projects, align with your team and to extract the value this internship is engineered to award. The compensation will be $32-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
