We are currently seeking an Operations MBA or Master's level Intern for a challenging experience based Internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This is designed largely as a remote placement however can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). **What You'll Do**:

- Assist in project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Provide vision, direction, and guidance to ensure project success and team cohesion.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
- Contribute to the development and execution of staffing plans in support of our aggressive growth objectives
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness by refining team processes

**About You**:

- Currently pursuing an MBA or any related field degree, with a focus on operations, project management, or organizational development.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and drive project success.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This is a full-time, paid internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months (520 hours). We do have some flexibility with possible Part-time placements providing it is to accommodate for academic responsibilities or visa restrictions but the total hours required remains the same. With flexibility comes increased responsibility to this and will require a higher concentrated effort in order to be current with projects, align with your team and to extract the value this internship is engineered to award. The compensation will be $32-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
