**Position Overview**

Reporting to Cabot’s Talent & Culture Director, the T&C Manager is a key member of the Cabot team working to deliver on the brand’s mission to “Create Magical Places.”.

Joining a growing team, this role will be a member of Cabot’s Home Office team based in Toronto, Ontario Canada. With the growth of Cabot’s team, this presents an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about employee experience.

The Talent & Culture Coordinator is part of a service-oriented team who will be responsible for being the first point of contact for our Home Office team members’ T&C needs and will support the T&C team by responding to inquiries efficiently, courteously and professionally. The T&C Coordinator handles every job responsibility with integrity and confidentiality.

**Core Responsibilities within Cabot’s Talent & Culture communities**

**Culture**:

- Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information, compensation and medical files.
- Support the build out of Cabot’s Culture building programs (i.e.: Innovation Challenge Team Member Milestone program etc.).

**Talent Acquisition**:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes

**Performance Enablement**:

- Act as the first point of contact for CMC employee T&C related inquiries, including benefit plan administration.
- Support the onboarding and off-boarding processes for Cabot Management Company Ltd. (CMC) team members, including processing background checks, collecting information, preparing announcements and setting up orientation
- Support the preparation of reports, audits and other tasks and assist with other areas of Talent & Culture when needed.
- Utilize the latest technologies available to meet business needs.

**Engagement & Development**:

- Support in the roll-out of Cabot’s engagement survey, along with associated projects.
- Assist with maintaining documentation and processes for Cabot Global training programs.

The T&C Coordinator will provide support to the T&C team with other administrative tasks and projects as required.

- Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Canva, is an asset.
