Zynga is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our North America Talent Acquisition team.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide operational support to the North America Recruiters
- Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews across global time-zones
- Act as the point of contact for all panel interviews
- Create offer letters and administrate NDAs
- Be an ambassador for Zynga and an advisor to our hiring managers
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs and sourcing as needed

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience in a Coordinator role, preferably for a People Operations or Talent Acquisition team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion at all times
- Capacity to articulate thoughts/ideas in a fluid and concise manner in both written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS
