**What You’ll Do**:

- **Plan & Execute**: Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless operations and unforgettable experiences for our guests.
- **Client Relations**: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, offer creative solutions, and ensure their vision is brought to life.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with restaurant staff, chefs, and external vendors to ensure every detail is perfect.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality experiences.
- **Marketing & Sales**: Promote our event capabilities, attract new clients, and maximize bookings through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
- **Post-Event Analysis**: Gather feedback and analyze event success, implementing improvements for future events.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Event Manager, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Familiarity with Banff and the local market is a plus.
- Must live in or be willing to commute to the Banff area.

Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
