Inside Sales Professional 1

Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Sales team in Proposal/Bid Preparation
2. Supporting monthly KPI’s reporting
3. Supporting the Sales team in the collection of various data and ensuring Salesforce is up to date
4. Support with issuance of purchase requisitions
5. Support with order management of parts orders, followup on order status with vendors
6. Support with inventory management
7. Preparing reports based on the data analyzed in Salesforce
8. Various ad hoc tasks within Sales Planning and Sales Process improvement
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in power generation industry
2. Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
3. You are analytical, comfortable working with details, outgoing and a quick learner
4. You have a structured and organized approach to your tasks and enjoy working in a team
5. You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
