An opportunity to join our growing team has become available and we are currently seeking a Dispatcher.

**Main Duties**
- Skillfully coordinate and oversee all aspects of truck shipments, including Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) shipments.
- Complete all necessary documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
- Demonstrate precision in completing shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate and negotiate with truck vendors to secure favorable rates and optimal routing, while meticulously adhering to client instructions.
- Foster productive vendor relationships to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Display a strong commitment to exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Continuously strive to enhance client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain an unwavering commitment to punctuality and reliability by diligently following up with truckers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Uphold the highest standards of communication in both internal and external interactions.
- Foster clear, concise, and professional correspondence to uphold our commitment to superior service.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience in coordinating logistics, specifically in Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) environments.
- Possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated efficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to enhance productivity and communication.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision, displaying a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Adept at identifying issues and providing actionable recommendations for implementing effective solutions, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Thrive in high-pressure situations and excel as a collaborative member of a high-performing team, consistently delivering results.
- Display a keen sense of organization, ensuring tasks are efficiently managed, and priorities are well-defined.
- Proficient at multitasking and adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and optimize workflow.
- Possess the ability to think innovatively and find unconventional solutions to challenges, driving progress.
- Consistently demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.

**Day shift: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm**

**Full Time Permanent**
