- The Executive Assistant is the on-the-scene intermediary for our Leadership Team, and a vital part of our hardworking Administrative Team. The EA personifies skillful communication and efficient problem solving. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Using your commercial/business acumen to be able anticipate business needs and support the overall growth and success of the organization
- Maintaining the President’s calendar with up-to-date events, rescheduling appointments, and presenting daily briefings
- Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the Leadership Team
- Organizing important information and documents well physically, and electronically
- Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Special Project Assistance as required over and above described duties
- Organizing and catering to events, town halls, etc.
- Manage all elements of our facilities and office
**Who You Are**:
- Must have worked closely with a President or Senior Leadership team in the past
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant is an asset
- Experience in the travel industry or have extensively travelled around the world is an asset
- Tech savvy and strong on MS Office
- Experience with Salesforce is highly regarded
- An excellent communicator both in written and verbal
- Has an excellent ability to work autonomously and anticipate future business needs
- Result oriented
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be able to personify and drive the organization's culture
- Must have a great sense of humor
- This role is based in our head office in Toronto
