Operations Specialist

**Job Overview**:
Milestone Technologies is looking for an Operations Specialist to support a variety of operational needs for one of our clients.

**How You Will Make an Impact**:
**Champions & Ed Leader Customer Support**
- Manage voucher process
- Respond to GTM requests for voucher
- Support and generate vouchers when needed
- Train GTM team on voucher request process
- Track voucher spend and monitor internal budget transfers

**Team Logistics Support**
- Innovator events
- PO creation start to finish
- Ethics and compliance support for events
- Town hall and virtual meeting registration and management
- Monitoring/coordinating XFN outreach calendar
- Sending comms and posting events in the Champions hub
- User empathy XFN comms

**What You Will Need to Succeed**:

- HS Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in operational support function
- Excellent documentation, writing, organization and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing development projects
- Capable of managing high pressure, short timelines and willingness to be flexible
- Highly collaborative
- Strong Excel/Google Docs and Spreadsheet skills
- Must have excellent critical thinking skills
- Needs to be resourceful and proactive when problem solving

**Compensation**:
Estimated Pay Range: Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
