**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, which include answering the phone, managing correspondence, and handling general business inquires.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packaging, and deliveries.
- Type and review correspondence, forms, and other documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, reordering and restocking as needed.
- Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expenses, sending invoices, and preparing bank deposits.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; post secondary education in business administration would be an asset.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong multitasking ability and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
- Customer service-orientated mindset with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients in a positive professional manner.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
