We are excited to announce a unique collaboration between the New Brunswick Environmental Network (NBEN) and Food For All NB | Aliments pour tous NB (FFA), two bilingual, provincial organizations connecting environmental and food systems leaders and champions across the province to make change. Together, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our teams. This innovative role is designed to leverage resources, share expertise, and amplify our impact on both environmental and food systems-related issues in New Brunswick.
**Employers**

The network is the heartbeat of New Brunswick’s environmental movement, with a mission “to encourage and facilitate networking and communication among member groups to advance their work, to protect the Earth, to promote ecologically sound ways of life and to strengthen the environmental movement in New Brunswick.”
**Food For All** () envisions a New Brunswick that is informed, connected, and engaged in food security for all. It provides leadership in the advancement of food security by increasing knowledge on food security (INFORM), strengthening networks for coordination of efforts across sectors & regions (CONNECT), and increasing engagement toward comprehensive food actions & policy (ENGAGE).
**Salary and benefits**:Up to $24/hour** depending on experience with two weeks vacation (increasing to three weeks after the first year) and an additional paid office closure during the holidays. NBEN and FFA are extremely supportive and collaborative workplaces, offering training opportunities, and a flexible work schedule. After a probationary period of 6 months, the organizations will offer a generous health benefits package (including health and dental benefits, paid at 100% by the employer).
**Term of employment**:37.5 hours/week** This is a contract position of one year. You will work in a dog-friendly Moncton office. Work hours are Monday to Friday during flexible office hours, with occasional evening and weekend work for special events.
**Location**:Moncton, New Brunswick**. Both office spaces are located in the same building. The NBEN is on the second floor and Food For All is on the third floor of a building only accessible at this time by a flight of stairs, with four gender-neutral washrooms and two kitchenettes on site. Please contact us about our masking policies or office accessibility if you have questions or concerns regarding COVID-19 safety or other health or physical accommodations you may require.
