THE ROLE:
We are looking for a line cook to join our energetic and world class culinary

team. Our successful team member will be able to support the kitchen in all

areas, with opportunities to grow in the hospitality industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Cooking and preparing dishes of the highest quality for our guests to

enjoy
- Maintaining a clean, neat and presentable work station and

appearance
- Demonstrate proper use and knowledge of all food preparation and

cooking equipment and procedures at all times
- Work quickly and efficiently to deliver consistent and delicious dishes
- Support all team members in every role both front of house and back

of house
- Communicate between shifts and with culinary leaders and peers
- Other duties as assigned

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Possesses a warm and welcoming personality, is friendly and outgoing,

demonstrating a positive attitude and energy at all times
- 1+ year of high-volume kitchen experience preferred
- Strong organization skills, able to work calmly and effectively under

pressure
- Set an example for a respectful, collaborative team while demonstrating

appropriate working behavior
