ARK is seeking **Team Members** to join our Events team.

This is an opportunity for you to make a tangible impact on the lives of children with mobility issues and their families Help us Reshape Their World

**Time Commitment**: Approximately 3-4 hours per week on average; actual hours may differ depending on event timing and seasonal workload.

ARK desires to host 2-3 events per year to raise awareness and secure donations of funds and in-kind services and materials to complete the much needed home renovations. Our team is currently looking for **Volunteer Events Team Members**to help us achieve seamless event execution. If event planning is something you are passionate about, we would like to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist the Events Team Lead in planning and executing fundraising events.
- Support event logistics, including but not limited to registrations and guest assistance.
- Assist in coordinating with external vendors.
- Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces.
- Participate in team meetings, briefings, and post-event debriefs.
- Other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Prior event or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment or supplies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for community engagement and making a difference

Accessibility Renovations for Kids (ARK) aims to ease the daily life of children with mobility challenges making their houses feel like their home. ARK envisions a community where no child has to struggle unduly with accessibility in their own home. **Job Type**: Casual

Expected hours: 3 - 4 per week
