**Overview**
We’re looking for a reliable and community-minded person to help coordinate events at Ramsay Junction. This volunteer role is great for someone who enjoys organization behind the scenes while gracefully bringing people together, and wants to take advantage of our available spaces for innovative community uses.

You’ll help with planning, logistics, setup, and general support for events in the spaces: anything from workshops and social gatherings to local markets or meetings. It’s a hands-on role that’s important to keeping things running smoothly and making sure guests feel welcome.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help plan and organize events at Ramsay Junction, working with staff and community members
- Support setup, takedown, and coordination on the day of events
- Communicate with facilitators, vendors, or attendees as needed
- Keep track of event details, supplies, and timelines
- Liaise with team to help promote events through community boards or social channels
- Be present and approachable during events to support the flow and troubleshoot small issues
- Make note of feedback or improvements for future events

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience with event planning or coordination is helpful, but not required
- Organized and dependable—good at keeping track of details and following through
- Comfortable talking to people and working as part of a small team
- Available for occasional evenings or weekends, scheduled in advance
- Interested in building community and contributing to a shared space
