We are currently hiring an **Operations Customer Service Representative** who will serve as both a trusted driver and a valued liaison to our veterinary partners. You will be the face of Gateway in the community transporting pets with dignity and providing professional, compassionate service to veterinary clinics and pet families.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Operate a company vehicle on a daily route, collecting deceased pets from veterinary clinics or homes
- Handle each pet with the utmost care, ensuring respectful packaging and transport to our Care Center
- Communicate regularly with veterinary clinic staff, supporting service needs and escalating issues when needed
- Build trusted relationships with our partners by representing Gateway with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain detailed records of service activity, vehicle maintenance, and client interactions
- Work independently while also supporting your teammates in operations when needed
- Follow established safety procedures and uphold high service standards
- Other duties as assigned

**What You Bring**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused / driving-related role
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Compassionate, empathetic, and respectful approach to sensitive situations
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to build rapport
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Comfortable lifting and moving 100+ lbs and handling deceased pets with care
- Committed to working safely and following protocols

**Working Conditions**:

- Extended periods of driving and physical movement
- Regular bending, kneeling, and lifting
- Exposure to heat, noise, and emotionally sensitive environments
- Frequent handling of deceased pets with dignity and respect
