Customer Service Representative

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and customer-focused environment where communication, prioritizing and attention to detail are critical. **Responsibilities & Duties**: - Interact with customers to provide and process information about products, services and warranties - Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally - Manages information of site deficiencies - communicate with clients and site managers to resolve - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure effective communication with customers - Ensure receipt of reports, photos and documents from installation teams - Gather information and submit detailed reports for manufacturer claims - Work closely with fabrication and installation teams to ensure information is provided in full and executed successfully - Management of safety program for installation team - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently across multiple databases/platforms **Qualifications & Skills**: - Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written - Attentive & active listener, capable of following specific instructions - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Adaptable personality - Able to work independently and in a team setting - Attention to detail and organized - Proficiency in data entry and computer systems - including Google & Google Drive - Experience in logistics, sales or the stone industry preferred - Previous experience in customer service is preferred **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 45 per week **Benefits**: - Company pension - On-site parking - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Experience**: - Customer service: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
