2 Crows Brewing Co. is seeking a passionate and motivated **Sales Representative** to join our team. As our primary Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the Halifax Regional Municipality, and throughout the province of Nova Scotia. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive and growing craft brewery in the heart of Downtown Halifax.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, by providing excellent customer service, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.
- Identify and target potential new customers, focusing on on-premise licensee accounts (bars and restaurants) and private retail outlets to establish and expand sales opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and tastings to educate staff at NSLC retail stores about our craft beers and promote retail and licensee partner product knowledge and sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales and promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the brewery at key beer, food and hospitality events in the region; set up, tear down, customer service and relationship building with organizers and patrons

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing processes, and the local craft beer market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Nova Scotia to meet with established and prospective customers
