- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with experience in policy issuance tools
- Level 2 General Insurance License and you’re working toward a CAIB or CIP designation (or already have one)

**Once here, you'll**:

- Represent Westland by advising clients in Alberta, helping them assess and fulfill their insurance needs
- Manage inbound sales leads and uncover new opportunities through cross
- and up-selling
- Use your underwriting knowledge to ensure accurate policy issuance and exceptional service
- Track client activities in our software and use tools efficiently to bind new policies
- Mentor junior team members and support onboarding or training as needed
- Support the Digital Sales Manager in day-to-day operations and team performance management
- Take ownership of your team’s success—driving results while delivering an outstanding client experience
