You'll be the driving force behind campaigns that don't just generate traffic, but cultivate communities and drive real business growth.In this role, you'll leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies to:Transform data into actionable insightsCraft personalized marketing experiences that speak directly to target audiencesPioneer innovative approaches that set our clients apart in crowded digital spacesBuild lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted guide in the ever-evolving digital landscapeIf you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital marketing, if you believe in the power of strategic creativity, and if you're ready to shape the future of our industry, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Conduct monthly strategy sessionsStrategically plan deliverables with clientsProactively serve client needs and business objectivesCollaborate with Operations to measure progress and get resultsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with clientsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clientsDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvementForecast and track key account metricsPrepare reports on account statusMaintain high customer satisfaction and retention scoresRequirements:Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Associate, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or relevant roleExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influenceSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and Google Docs or MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsStrong verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a relevant fieldThis is a full-time remote position that requires a motivated and self-driven individual. Your proficiency in meeting deadlines and staying connected using project management and team tools will be key.
