We’re looking for an experienced development team lead to join our team with a focus on crafting high-quality, responsive websites with beautiful designs and highly interactive user experiences.

**The Job**:

- Oversee the daily workflow of the Development Team.
- Provides leadership in finding/developing new technologies and methods to advance the company.
- Aid internal staff on web project planning, and general technical questions.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure projects are being completed in a smooth process across all clients.
- Own creating and maintaining SOPs and process documentation.
- Be responsible for the team’s product quality and timeliness of product delivery
- Educate, train and mentor other internal teams on development workflows and requirements
- Be the master at solving problems and unblocking issues for the team.
- Engage with clients on development related matters
- As needed, step-in and actively complete development work for client and internal projects

**Your Experience & Skills**:

- Experience growing and leading a team to meet business growth objectives
- Organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, solution-oriented and deadline focused
- Familiar with online content management systems and cross-platform compatibility
- Fluent in PHP and MySQL.
- Well rounded knowledge in programming languages and server technologies
- Knowledge of hosting and DNS process
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple clients and explaining complex dev issues to stakeholders

**Your Qualities**:

- 2-5 years of experience in a lead or senior developer role
- 5+ Years Progressive WordPress Development Experience
- Experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Nice to have: Deep understanding of website performance (Core Web Vitals)
- Nice to have: Shopify development experience
- Nice to have: Laravel development experience
- Nice to have: Gatsby/Netlify development experience
- Nice to have: Managerial experience
