As we continue to grow, we are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Multi-Role Restaurant Employee to join our dynamic team.
**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Cashier:
*Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. *Accurately handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and provide correct change. *Input orders into the POS system and ensure order accuracy. *Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
Packaging:
*Assemble and pack food orders for takeout and delivery. *Ensure that all orders are packaged correctly and in a timely manner. *Double-check orders for accuracy before handing them to customers or delivery drivers. *Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
Cooking:
*Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking as needed. *Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality. *Maintain a clean and organized cooking station. *Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
**Requirements**:
*Previous experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is a plus. *Strong multitasking abilities and the flexibility to switch between roles seamlessly. *Excellent communication and customer service skills. *Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing correct change. *Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment. *Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
