We are looking for a Consultant, Strategic Consulting to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

Are you:
- Able to design and deliver presentations to clients, interact with clients in person and over the phone, including the ability to interact with “C-Level” audience in a client or prospect organization?- Experienced with and able to interpret financial models?

The Consultant, Strategic Consulting will partner with customers and sales personnel to identify opportunities to drive business growth & profitability, and help customers achieve their fleet goals.

A Day in the Life- Identify opportunities to improve our customers’ fleet performance through in-depth data discovery, and through financial and process analyses.- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, determining the appropriate course of action, reporting results, and making meaningful recommendations- Responsible for working with the customer to execute upon your recommended courses of action.- Identify and articulate best practices within an industry

**Requirements**:
- Technical or Business Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Accounting Concentration preferred)- Minimum of 3 years’ business experience- Microsoft Excel proficiency- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills with a consultative approach- Strong math skills and an analytical approach to problem solving- Thoroughness, persistence, and a desire to get to the root-cause of problems- Willingness to travel occasionally- Availability after hours and weekends, on occasion
