The position requires engaging with C-level executives, translating financial challenges into actionable strategies, and fostering trusted long-term client relationships.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Financial Consultant with a strong background in accounting and finance to lead client engagements, provide strategic financial guidance, and help organizations optimize their processes. This is a senior client-facing position that requires strategic thinking, resilience under pressure, and excellent communication and presentation skills. The Director must build long-term partnerships that strengthen NetDynamic’s position as a key advisor.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary executive contact for strategic accounts, building trust and credibility with C-level stakeholders.Collect, prioritize, and frame client issues, ensuring they are addressed effectively by internal teams.Lead executive meetings and strategic workshops, presenting insights and solutions with clarity and confidence.Partner with consultants and technical experts to execute solutions that resolve challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.Build and maintain long-term client relationships where NetDynamic is positioned as an equal and indispensable partner.Proactively identify account growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, new initiatives) to expand NetDynamic’s footprint with clients.Represent the voice of the client internally, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery.Manage multiple priorities, handle tight deadlines and high-pressure situations while maintaining excellence in execution.Act as a trusted financial advisor to clients, addressing accounting and finance challenges and identifying areas for process optimization.Engage directly with C-level stakeholders to understand business goals and provide high-level recommendations.Evaluate client financial processes and recommend how technology (ERP, AI, automation) can be leveraged to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure client needs are met while identifying opportunities to expand NetDynamic’s services.Build and maintain long-term client relationships, positioning NetDynamic as a strategic partner.QualificationsCPA designation (or equivalent).8+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or consulting roles.Proven experience working with or advising C-level executives.Strong background in financial process improvement, audit, and reporting.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines.Proven ability to manage executive relationships at the C-level and act as a trusted advisor.
