**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the customer service industry - We want people who love people- Excellent Customer service skills and detail orientated- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight time constraints- Proficient in computer software and office equipment- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving abstract- Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance for current and future visits.- Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs.- Writes a brief description of the customer's concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.- Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.- Handles customer inquiries.- Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.- Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.- Manages open work order list.- Experience in a previous Service Advisor role is considered an asset but not required We are willing to train
