**A day in the life of a Service Video Advisor**:
The Service Video Advisor will take a video of ongoing repairs to client vehicles, keeping them updated on progress and allowing them a chance to be part of the decision-making process. This role will also involve maintaining a tidy environment both in the shop and on the lot, as well as other duties assigned by the Service Manager.

**You will also**:

- Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
- Proper explanation of the technicians’ vehicle prognosis on video
- Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
- Cleanliness of the service department
- Service department support when and where required

**Qualifications**:

- Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
- Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract
