The HR Analyst with experience in systems implementation is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) implementation project while also fulfilling traditional HR Analyst responsibilities. This role involves a dual focus on managing day-to-day HRIS activities, data analysis, and taking a lead role in the successful implementation of the HRIS solution. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the effective integration of technology to enhance HR processes.- This role will gather and analyze HR data to create effective organizational policies based on their findings. This data can include employee satisfaction ratings, training results, departmental productivity numbers and any other information relevant to the functioning of a company.

- HRIS Implementation & Management:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives for HRIS implementation project
- Assist in the customization and configuration of HRIS platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements
- Provide support in project planning, execution, and coordination with vendors, ensuring on-time and on-budget implementation
- Act as a primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to address user needs and enhance system functionality
- Support routine system updates, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring optimal system performance
- Assist in the development and documentation of HRIS procedures and guidelines
- Provide training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, ensuring effective system utilization
- Communicate updates, changes, and best practices related to HRIS to the broader organization

**General HR Analysis**:

- Collect data from employees, leaders, HR team and any other relevant individuals
- Gather industry market data about job related information, compensation and benefits
- Conduct data analysis to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Identify trends and insights from HR data to inform business leaders and improve HR processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR functions through the effective use of HRIS tools
- Contribute to ongoing efforts to streamline HR workflows and enhance overall efficiency
- Draft surveys or other data gathering measures necessary to fulfill strategic initiatives
- Assist HR team with data-informed aspects of employee compensation, benefits or training

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of three years experience in an HR Analyst or similar role
- Proven experience with exposure to HRIS implementation or similar projects
- Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
- Experience in creating and delivering HRIS-related training sessions
