**IT Sr. Business Analyst - Virtual Desktop and Virtual Application Services**

**Location: Mississauga, ON (100% REMOTE)**

**Experience 8 to 10Yrs**
**Rate CAD$68/hr on Inc/Corp to Corp**

This consultant will work under the Client IT PMO.
- Senior Business Analyst who has worked on highly complex initiatives

** Background in in the Pharma/Biotech Industry is a plus**
- Must have strong report development skills using Excel and PowerPoint
- Should be very proactive, work with mínimal supervision, and be on top of time sensitive deliverables
- Possesses strong communication skills and is savvy working with both technology and business partners across the organization in a collaborative way (these projects require daily communications with a variety of global stakeholders)

**Knowledge, Experience and Skills**
- At least 8 years of experience in business analysis with a Bachelor’s degree in a life science, business, or technical background is desirable.

** Experience working in Agile projects is a plus**
- Prior experience with technology projects in **Pharma/Life Science manufacturing, GxP and qualified/validated systems is a big plus**:

- Possesses seasoned expertise in project management methodologies, tools and techniques and financial management
- Outstanding ability to build relationships and balance customer, project, organization, and team needs to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Excellent consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leaders
- Proven ability to work with mínimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstance
- Proven aptitude to adapt to changes
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of IT functions and services
