Our Architectural Solutions team is looking for an
**EPMO Portfolio Analyst**. Reporting to the Manager, EPMO Portfolio, you will be responsible for maintaining the content on the Enterprise Portfolio Plan (EPP) including all supporting documents and related activities/processes that meet business needs.

If you have great understanding on managing the portfolio invoice intake process including invoice recording, authorization, approval, submission and reconciling EPMO and financial data we would love to hear from you

**o**:

- Build relationships and collaborate with appropriate key stakeholders through all levels of the organization.
- Coach and educate internal partners and external stakeholders as they participate in project portfolio management.
- Support Project Managers, Business leads, as well as HR and Finance representatives for ad hoc troubleshooting and general problem solving.
- Monitor program/project change requests and ongoing enterprise resource capacity challenges, escalating as appropriate.
- Provide support for the annual development of Home Hardware’s project portfolio plan. Perform annual cycle of assisting Business Account Managers, Executive Sponsors, and delegated Directors to initiate and document new ideas for building the coming year’s EPP.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and react to changing situations.
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills with the ability to work in a team environment. Project management experience is an asset.
- Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal, and the ability to present difficult concepts in understandable terms to all levels in the organization.
- Strong business acumen and awareness of retail and distribution trends.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, to prioritize and be able to respond to multiple competing demands.
- Results-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Ability to work additional or varied hours as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position and timed with demands.
- Corporate budget management experience is considered an asset.
