**Position Summary**

We are currently seeking applicants for the full-time position of Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) Instructor. This position holds primarily responsibility for a combination of didactic teaching and labs. The position holder may be requested to support in the Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) lab within the MLA scope of practice.

**Education & Experience**
- Medical Laboratory Technologist licensed under the New Brunswick Society of Medical Laboratory Technologist (NBSMLT) or a Medical Laboratory Assistant certified by the Canadian Society of Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a hospital laboratory.
- Enjoy the dynamics of teaching and learning
- Have an interest in lifelong learning.
- Be highly organized, work well under pressure and be able to multitask
- Have strong attention to detail and be effective working independently
- Bilingualism in French and English and experience in an academic environment will be considered assets for this position.
