**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling, with the goal of scheduling appointments for our outside sales team. As proficiency is demonstrated, opportunities to support account executives and advance within the company will become available.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided and self-generated lists.
- Schedule appointments for the outside sales team with qualified leads.
- Communicate Guycan's roofing services effectively to potential customers.
- Update and maintain client information and correspondence in the company database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to inquiries, and address any issues.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and marketing materials.
- Support scheduling and coordination efforts for the sales team.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively to customers.
- Strong listening and probing skills to understand customer needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Resilience and the ability to handle customer rejection professionally.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High energy and a professional drive to succeed.
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- Salary: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year.
- Additional compensation through bonus and commission opportunities.
- Benefits include casual dress code, on-site parking.
**Work Schedule**:
- Full-time position.
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (preferred)
