**Job Type**: Full-time

**We are looking for**:
An individual with experience in the Sports, iGaming or financial trading domain who is able to adapt to new technical environments. This individual would leverage their background within those industries to advise and enable team member initiatives and operations within Pinnacle’s various trading environments.

Your primary objective will be to support Pinnacle’s Trading and Operations Teams to ensure the consistent and effective operation of Pinnacle’s Trading Technology. The secondary objective is to assist Software Development and RnD Teams by providing domain expertise, to both test and release Trading Technology changes.

**Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for ensuring Trading Technology is operating as expected.
- Liaise with Trading and Software Development/RnD, when business requires new products, and bring them online.
- Communicate clearly with Traders and Technical staff when handling and following up on trading issues.
- Assess and prioritize trading issues based on impact and urgency.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate coordination between departments.
- Ability to multi-task and work on several different projects simultaneously.
- Initiative to work independently but also able to work effectively with team members.

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Degree or Diploma in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or similar field or other relevant work.
- Experience from Sports Betting or Trading.(Optional)
- Experience using ticket systems like JIRA, Zendesk.
- Experience with general query languages and log indexing systems such as Splunk or ELK (optional).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
