**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Finished Product Supervisor is responsible for all tasks related to the production chain, with a primary focus on supervising the packaging, printing, and inventory management departments.
**How You Will Contribute**:
- Coordinate and supervise different teams to ensure work is carried out according to established plans.
- Validate work progress with team leaders.
- Manage workforce and allocate resources based on production needs.
- Handle emergencies, manage unforeseen events, and involve teams in resolving issues such as mechanical breakdowns, label approvals, etc.
- Assign production targets to assistant supervisors and team leaders.
- Ensure efficiency of work methods and processes.
- Coordinate and assign daily tasks for processing/packaging teams.
- Supervise control of production conditions and work environment.
- Ensure team leaders ensure adherence to company systems, policies, and procedures by respective teams.
- Monitor production checkpoints, equipment, staff, and resources to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Implement daily cost reduction measures and develop reporting procedures and systems.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and guiding assistant supervisors, team leaders, and staff on the use of checkpoints, equipment, and resources; ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Communicate with operational departments to organize daily operations.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Your Skills and Qualifications**:
- Customer service orientation and proactive approach to anticipate and resolve issues while maximizing effective use of production resources.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Capacity to learn new skills and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar or relevant role (food, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
- Safety certifications (CPR, first aid, etc.) are advantageous.
- Experience working in an industrial facility is a plus.
- Bilingualism.
