**The tasks you will perform**:
Operations
- Ensure at all times the health and safety of employees and the legal compliance of our industry's operations in its warehouse.
- Ensure the operational performance of the Montreal depot, whether for in-house operations.
- Ensure the processing of exception codes for delivery issues.
- Organize and optimize the routes of drivers and delivery people in collaboration with your team to reduce costs and maximize customer service.
- Participate in the efficient start-up of operations by ensuring the cleanliness of the warehouse and the recharging of equipment and handling tools.
- Process customer service inquiries to return a response as soon as possible.
- Establish and maintain quality processes for parcel delivery according to national standards.
- Follow the process of the customer parcel journey to ensure traceability at all times.
- Participate in the various projects and initiatives of the operations team.
- All other related tasks, including replacing a delivery driver.
- Possibility of travel between the two depots in Montreal.
Leadership
- Strategically manage, lead, and align the team of delivery drivers and bike delivery drivers in their roles and responsibilities.
- Work in collaboration with the human resources department in recruitment, skills development, mobilization and performance management.
- Establish and maintain a workforce structure to be effective in meeting operational needs.
- Maintain healthy relationships that promote the performance and engagement of the employees under his/her responsibility.
If you have the following qualifications, we want you on our team:
- College or university diploma in operations or supply chain management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of the legislation in force in the transport industry.
- Bilingualism.
