**Job Overview**:
The Operations Supervisor will oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and daily operations to ensure our properties are in top condition and our guests have memorable stays. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing staff, and ensuring all properties meet Golden Castle Group's quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with standards
- Organize and manage deliveries and inventory
- Schedule and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Address guest concerns and provide exceptional service
- Maintain accurate records of operations and expenses
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations
- Train and mentor staff on best practices and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, Outlook, and E-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Proficiency in property management, and management software is a plus (EZcare, Asana, Slack, HostAway, and more).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping or Operations: 1 year (preferred)
