We are seeking experienced and motivated Life Insurance Sales Producers to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for skilled professionals in insurance sales, offering a vibrant, energetic environment and high-quality leads, where you’ll never run out of leads to talk to. **What You’ll Do**:
- **Own the phone**:**There’s no shortage of warm leads.**If you can handle a high volume of outbound calls, you can turn high potentials into high rewards.
- **Become an Expert**:**We have no shortage of Insurance companies for you to work with. You’ll master our life insurance products, turning complex information into simple, tailored solutions for clients.
- **Build Relationships**: Connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer professional life insurance advice.
- **Achieve Goals**:**You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where exceeding targets is part of the job, and success is celebrated in big ways.
- **Ensure Compliance**:**Ensure every call meets the highest standards of service and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:
- Licensing: Must have an LLQP licence
- Experience: Must have a few years of experience selling life insurance products
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Compensation: Commission based role (60% on New Business, 40% on Renewals) with unlimited earning potential.
