The role of the Personal Lines Customer Services Representative is to provide customer service functions, as directed by the Branch Manager and Personal Lines Manager. The role will be primarily responsible for the ongoing management of personal insurance customer accounts and policies, delivering professional advice and exceptional service, retention of new and renewal clients, and account development through cross selling and coverage recommendations.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma
- Nova Scotia General Insurance License in good standing
