WellCare Insurance Nova Scotia is seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as an Insurance Broker. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual who is passionate about helping our business grow through value-based conversations and delivering an exceptional customer and sales experience. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-ups as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to set and achieve marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving
