**Description du poste**:
Nous recherchons un(e) **Commercial(e)** motivé(e) et orienté(e) résultats pour promouvoir et vendre nos services logistiques. Vous serez en charge de développer notre portefeuille clients en comprenant leurs besoins et en leur proposant des solutions adaptées.

**Missions principales**:

- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients dans les domaines du transport, du fret, de l’entreposage et du transit international
- Présenter et valoriser nos services logistiques en mettant en avant nos atouts concurrentiels
- Construire et entretenir des relations durables avec les clients grâce à un suivi rigoureux
- Négocier les contrats et les tarifs afin d’optimiser la rentabilité et la satisfaction client
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir la qualité des prestations
- Analyser les tendances du marché, la concurrence et les retours clients pour ajuster les stratégies commerciales
- Préparer et réaliser des propositions commerciales, des présentations et des rapports à destination de la direction

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience confirmée en tant que commercial(e), idéalement dans le secteur de la logistique, du transport ou du fret
- Bonne connaissance des processus de fret, d’entreposage et de transit international
- Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et relation client
- Sens du résultat avec un historique de dépassement des objectifs commerciaux
- Capacité à comprendre les besoins clients et à proposer des solutions adaptées
- Maîtrise des outils CRM et du pack Microsoft Office
- Autonomie, organisation et esprit d’équipe
