**Experience**:

- +5 yrs in similar position.
- Experience at least in one of the following: booking, Import, Freight forwarding, trucking, Custom clearance, Inventory control.
- Fluently bilingual.

**Education**:

- University degree, Diploma, AEC, Certificate in Supply chain,/logistics is a big asset.

**Role**:

- Coordinating the booking of containers from suppliers in Europe.
- Negotiating favorable rates and terms for container bookings to optimize cost efficiency.
- Supervising the loading and unloading of containers and transport trucks to ensure efficient operations.
- Scheduling transport companies and movers to load and unload containers.
- Verifying the products upon receipt and ensuring proper loading to prevent damage during transportation.
- Coordinating and scheduling deliveries to customers, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Addressing any delivery issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions to customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery documentation.
- Assisting with small deliveries and service calls in the vicinity as needed.
- Maintaining proper order in the warehouse by organizing and arranging incoming inventory.
- Implementing and enforcing warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Communicating inventory levels and warehouse status to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Enforcing safety measures for everyone in the warehouse, including safety shoes, hard hats, etc.
