**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the coordination of warehouse distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Manage shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track shipments and optimize routes.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to enhance service delivery.
- Support demand planning efforts by analyzing inventory levels and forecasting needs.
- Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to resolve logístical issues.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce logistics processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of freight management practices and transportation management systems is beneficial.
- Experience with demand planning and procurement processes will be advantageous.
- Ability to operate forklifts; certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective collaboration within the team.
