Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Oversee office budgeting and expense management
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff
- Supervise and lead a team of administrative personnel
- Maintain office filing systems and databases
- Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Manage payroll process and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Experience with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables a must.

**Experience**:

- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Strong background in training development and team management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management
- Previous experience in administrative roles such as file clerk or office assistant

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
