**Job Overview**
HBI Office Plus Inc. is one of Western Canada’s fastest growing office supplies and contract furniture dealers. We are looking for Finance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting and reporting, as well as supporting strategic decision-making and operational growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial information including balance sheet, income statement and any additional reports as required.
- Ensure the accurate recording of financial transactions and proper communication of financial information.
- Ensure complieance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor AP, AR and Payroll team, providing guidance and support in achieving departmental and organizational objectives.
- Manage the Customer Service Team to ensure epartmental objectives are being achieved.
- Collaborate withe management team to develop and monitor budgets, provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with various taxation authorities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external accountants and financial institutions.

**Skills**
- CPA certification is an asset.
- Proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager or similar role.
- Proficient with financial managment software and Microsoft Excel, NetSuite experience is an asset.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
