**WHAT YOU BRING**
- 3+ years of Canadian payroll experience
- Experience in using ADP Workforce Now is an advantage
- Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification, preferred
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered

**WHAT YOU DO**
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for best-in-class services completing the following:
- Preparation and processing of hourly, flat rate/commission and salaried payroll (semi-monthly and monthly) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Working closely with Location Managers and HR to ensure accuracy of payroll.
- Maintaining ADP payroll employment records as employee life cycle changes.
- Calculating taxable benefits relating to vehicles and insurance.
- Preparing Records of Employment, T4s and any other documents are required.
- Assist in resolving issues/concerns or direct them to the appropriate resource.
- Prepare various financial and payroll reports through ADP.
- Providing timely answers to payroll inquiries.
- Understands, safeguards and adheres to company processes.
- Produce monthly reports as required.
- Provide support to the finance team with payroll reconciliations and schedules.
- Ability to multitask to meet various deadlines.
- Process expense reports.
- Other duties/special projects, as required by the business or as directed by their manager.
