**Job Overview**
We are looking for a strong, all around Customer Service Representative - someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes price in getting the details right. You'll be the friendly voice customers rely on and the detail focused professional who ensures orders, quotes, and customer data are accurate every time.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with product selections, order processing, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on orders or gather feedback to improve service quality.
- Support client services by coordinating with internal departments to fulfill customer needs efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive customer experiences.
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately when processing payments or refunds.
**Skills**
- You have 2+ years of customer service experience and enjoy working with people.
- You're confident handling customer inquiries and staying calm under pressure.
- Accuracy matters to you - you double check details and take pride in clean data entry (50+ wpm preferred).
- You're comfortable multitasking in a fast paced environment.
- You're tech-savvy with Microsoft office; CRM experience is a plus.
- You bring a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy being part of a team.
